It is not possible to load column information for view in Query Builder.
The message: "Failed to load columns"is displayed, and can't create a query using the query builder.
Following are the steps followed to recreate the issue.
1. Login to IFS Enterprise Explorer as Application Owner
2. Execute new creation on the "Query Builder" screen.
3. Enter the Title name as "Test Query".
4. Enter "SITE" or any other LU at Search views to see a list of views.
5. Unable to refer to view column. The message: "Failed to load columns …" appears.
6. An error occurs when selecting a view, right-clicking, and executing "Add All to Columns".
We have tried refreshing the following cache elements and still the result is same.
1. Dictionary Cache
2. Reference Cache.
