Greetings,

I am trying to install the new certificate and reconfigure IFS 9

There is an error message appearing: Any ideas on how to pass or resolve this issue?

 Hi @ZTC ZTC JGOTA,

It looks like the HTTP Server failed to stop. Have you checked whether the HTTP Nodemanager is  up and running? Were you able to stop and start HTTP server without an issue prior to updating with the new certificate?

Please try reconfiguring with a self signed certificate to make sure that there is no issue with the certificate itself and upload the Configuration log and the HTTP server logs afterwards if you run into any issues.

Hope this helps!

The solution was to re-do the pfx certificate .
