Time Registration Problem

Hi all,

I am trying to use Time Registration Module for time report.

So when i tried to search an employee id there is no records found for some reasons. 

I researched that problem and i probably found the problem. Original date format is incorrect (It is taken from debug). You can look the pictures at below for details.

I tried to change standart date format at APP options but it still doesnt work correctly.

Why the standart IFS APP V10.8 using incorrect format to bring records or what i am missing? Is it about the regions settings?

I solved the problem but its so interesting i think.

For future, the solution at organization structure. Look the pic.
