+4Hi. We are experiencing an issue with the attachment pane in Purchase Order screen. When we click in the header and then open the Attachment pane an error is presented. It does this only when we click in the header before opening the pane and when there are no documents attached to the PO.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Ifs.Fnd.FndSystemException: Explorer: An Unhandled Exception has occurred ---> System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
