Remove the default value

Hi,

Can I remove the default value of a  standard field using Page Designer (Cloud 22R1) ?

Ex: I want to remove default value * and keep this field empty when creating a new record.

Hi @12gYashoP ,

You can remove the default value of the Product PNG field by removing the below section via the page designer.
 


 


Remove the update section and make sure to save and publish the context.

    You can remove the default value of the Product PNG field by removing the below section via the page designer.
     


     


    Remove the update section and make sure to save and publish the context.

    Thank you very much. But the LOV is not working, you are correct.

      Hi @12gYashoP ,
       

      Setting/ Removing default values doesn't seem to be possible via the page designer (an option to set/ remove a default value cannot be found).
      I have checked this in IFS Cloud and APP10 Aurena.

        I was looking to do this from a  configuration without going to a modification. Seems it is not possible.
