Remote working in Print Jobs

Remote working means print agent is still working on them. If a print agent service is restarted during a working operation the print job will remain stuck in “remote working”. If these jobs are old and if the same print agent is working fine with new jobs i don’t think this is an issue. 

Waiting means the print job is not yet process by the IFS report formatter (middleware). So the PDF is not generated yet. Once this is done, the status will be changed to “remote waiting” for the print agent to pick. Once the print agent picked it, it will change the status to “remote working” and then finally “completed” or error.
