I think the remote log client has been deprecated since the release of 23R1.
Instead of the Remote Log client you can use the EFK (Elastic, Fluentd, Kibana) stack for monitoring purposes Log monitoring - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud
For metrics the Kube Prometheus stack can be used Metrics monitoring - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud
