Hi,

I’m trying to create a permission set to grant access to create custom menu items.

This is how it’s set up, but still the user can’t create menu items.

Why is that, and why are the first tree items red?

Hi @krestensb ,

Below are some screenshots of the attached exported permission set which allows the creation of a custom menu.  Permissions still must be granted to the screens the user is going to add custom menus.  Using the attached permissions I was able to give a restricted user access to creating a custom menu.   If you wish them to create a custom menu with PL/SQL code you’ll need to provide the permission to define PLSQL as well it’s not in the attached permission.

Hi Kresten,

Navigator items which has a red title bar indicates that those are controlled by Activities.

Try granting ADMINISTRATOR system privilege to the permission set and see if it works.

Cheers!
