When creating an ExecuteQuickReport command via Page Designer, you can do parameter mapping upon creation. Is there any way to see these mappings after the command has been published?

Take a look at the Page Configurations page
Choose your Client Model -> Show Details
Make sure your column chooser includes Content
Click on the little blue 'paper' icon in the Content column
Examine the text to find the url for parameter mappings, example below
