Is it possible, in Aurena, to use your phone’s native camera function to attach pictures as either documents or media attachments?

That would be a great way to capture pictures of serial objects, defects found in NCRs, receipts for expenses, etc.

I am using UPD6 and when I go to media or attachments my only option is to browse for an existing file.  I’d rather open the camera, snap a picture, and then have that image attach all in one process.

When I hit 'browse' I get the option to either use the camera or open files. This is when running Aurena on a Samsung S10.

@anmise Thank you.  I was using Opera’s mobile browser which does not give this option.  Switching to Chrome, I now have this option.

@anmise How do you remove or delete the attachment in Aurena?

You will have to navigate to ‘Manage Media’ to delete it at the moment.

By the way the “Detach” command is available now on the Media Card it self from IFS Cloud 21R2 track onwards.
