We would like to create a link in Microsoft Planner to a case in IFS. When we put the link in planner, it changes the link slightly and no longer works in IFS.
This link works in IFS.
However, Microsoft Planner Converts the link to this.
Which does not work in IFS. Note the yellow highlights. Is there a way to make Planner keep the original format? Or is there a way for IFS to accept the updated format?
