After upgrading our use place from IFS Apps 10 to IFS 25R1, we are unable to proceed further after logging into the application using the ifsadmin credentials(not able to log in from other credentials too).

All pods are up and running without any problems. However, after login, we are getting an empty page.

When we checked the browser network tab, all requests are returning 500 errors with an Access Error message. Please not that for all the invalid requests the response is same.(please check the images).

landing page loads without issues.

Hi, This issue could be caused by several reasons. In IFSCloud, there is no direct database authentication for user login authentication is managed through IAM. As a first step, please check whether the ifscloud-values.yaml file is configured correctly, as the access credentials are taken from this file. Additionally, you can try deleting the namespace completely and then re-running the MT installation.

HI @GTERANA ,

To rule out any potential issues with the user date from the upgraded system (Apps10 users), i would suggest create a brand new user from scratch in IFS Cloud and see if that one works Ok. If that doesn’t work as well, then we know the issue is more fundamental when it comes to authentication and not related to the upgraded database.

Cheers

Hi @GTERANA

Could you please check the ifsapp-odata and IAM pod logs? It seems there may be database issues. Thank you!

Best Regards,
Dharmendra
