The lobby elements timeout in IFS Cloud. When i try to retrieve the data again, somtimes it works but some of them always timeout. I have already checked their queries and everything seems fine. How can I extend the time to retrieve data before timeout? Currently it retrieves data in 2 minutes. I want to extend it to 5 minutes.

You can extend the timeout value for lobby elements from the System Parameters. By default it is set for 180 seconds. Not sure why you are not seeing data if it takes only 2 minutes. Also please be mindful when you extend the time.

Ok, thank you. Well, when the page is first opened, the elements are not loaded after 10 seconds, it times out and we need to refresh the page, can we increase the time when the page is first opened?
