Hello! 

Does anybody else have any issues with lobbies working in Aurena.  We have users where one day they can see the lobby but when they log out and log back in it can disappear.  Refreshing the browser does not fix the issue.  It can literally be ok in the morning and disappear later that day.

The lobbies in question have been granted to permission sets - all the usual checks have done to make sure.   For example two users are granted the same permission sets - one can see a lobby and one cannot. 

 

Any ideas? Thank you

Is this in Cloud?  Or V10 Aurena?

 

In Cloud, we have run across a bug where any edits or changes to a lobby will remove the permissions for that datasouce or element in the background without notification.  The missing grant has to be added back in for it to work or be seen again.

It sounds though like you are seeing the entire lobby disappear, not just an element or two.  We’ve not seen that version of problem.

Hi, thank you for your reply!!  We are working in V10 Aurena at the moment.  I will try revoking and granting again the lobby itself to see if that helps..
