Is it possible to change the default template selected when printing work copy of a customer invoice?
Currently when printing the layout is set to Time and Material and we want it to be fixed price.
Also, if possible, could this be defined per user or its a general configuration?
I just want to confirm or deny the possibility of doing this but i haven’t seen any topic related to it in the forum.

Report Rules can allow you to set the default Layout and you can configure that to be per user
Here’s an example in Apps 10, based on the CurrentUser trying to print a Work Task Report, which based on a specific user auto populates a specific default layout in the print dropdown.
