Hi,
There is a requirement to generate a email with a hyperlink in Apps10. For an example, a user will receive an email with the no of Purchase Orders pending to be authorised by himself. Along with the count, they require the Aurena link to PO as a Hyperlink in the email.
Is this possible?

Yes you could do this by various ways but the email sender settings should be configured to have html content type.

Yes , it is possible to generate a email with a hyperlink in Apps10 ,with Events .
Navigate to Solution manager > Integration > Events > New Event Action
There You can create a new Event action of type E-mail and include a formatted email message with the Aurena link to PO in the Message section .
