IFS Report Designer 100.0.0003 not running anymore

After the update of java to the Versiuon 8u221 with the automatic update function the IFS Report Designer is not work anymore.
I have received the following message:

 

I had to unistall the all java version. I install java version 7u80. This was not enough. I had also to install 8_40. Now it is running. I deactivate the update function in java.

IFS Report Designer is not a state of the art windows program. I don’t can work with the program on High Resolution Monitor:


The IFS Report Designer should be an installation like the IFS Developer Studio!
 

Is there a new version of the Report Designer?

    We are using Report Designer 90.01.0031. We uninstalled all of the versions of Java. After that,  we installed 8u251version. It is working right now.
