If I have a Crystal Report that contains sub-reports, do I have to add CR_WEB_INIT to the sub-reports as well as the main report?

You only need to add the CR_WEB_INIT to the main report but make sure that you have the sub-report(s) correctly linked between the main report using the view fields in main report and sub-report(s). Also just for you information the CR_WEB_INIT should only be added to Crystal Quick Reports.
