Hi All

 

We are on 22.2.8.

 

We have 1 user (out of 60+) who keeps getting ‘Page Unresponsive’ in Chrome.

 

We have checked the user setup in IFS/Windows and its identical to colleagues.

 

We have tested on a different PC, we have increased resources on his existing PC, we have tried all sorts and it still happens to him.

 

Other than the next step which is for us to set up a separate/new user for him to test.

 

We are running out of ideas so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

As the final option before setting up a new user account, did you try to ‘Clear the User profile’ of specific user in IFS Cloud? That would reset the User specific settings within IFS Cloud so then the User will reset as new user.

Please note with this action all user specific settings like Bookmarks, etc.. all may get cleared.
