Trying to connect to IFS Cloud 25r2 environment using IFS Report Designer v200.3.0003
Initially received a missing Client error.
On checking IAM Clients, noticed that IFS_report_designer was missing.
Added IFS_report_designer as per techdoc - Setup IAM Client for IFS Report Designer
Unfortunately, when trying to connect using IFS Report Designer I now received the Invalid parameter: redirect_uri
Any advice much appreciated.

I managed to resolve my issue by also adding the following to the IAM Client for IFS_report_designer:
We can now connect successfully.

Did you give the two redirect URIs as below in your IAM client?
<IFS_Cloud_URL>/*
http://localhost/*
