We haven’t been able to successfully print yet. Every time a report gets sent to one of the logical printers set up, there is an error and no text to explain the error. I don’t know if the layout is the primary reason for the error but even if it’s not, we don’t have A4 paper to print?

 

 

Any guidance here would be helpful! Thanks!

In my opinion format is not a problem. Are You sure that Print Agent has been installed and works correctly?
