I’m trying to add a command group to a sub-level selector element but can’t find a way to. Some out-the-box pages like this Credit Information tab under Customer achieves this.
How would I add a new command in the area where the red box is?

It seems it is only supported to add to the header, not to the sub-level. anyway the following link might help you
