We need scripts to run fnd light and heavy cleanup as a client has not run that for past 6 years.
Any help will be great in this regard

Do You want to say that there is no scheduled jobs? If not You have to create it. This is known issue occurs during upgrade to one of the lowest Update(5 or 6) - it disables the schedules permanently.
