Facing Issue on project creation using IFS developer studio?

Hi,

I am unable to create a new project using IFS developer studio installed in the IFS remote desktop.

when creating new project in IFS developer studio (screenshot 1) This is the window that appears to choose the type of project (screenshot 2) 

Not getting option of NEXT > to select the database, its directly showing option Finish (screenshot 3).

This window with the choices in (screenshot 4) is what I am expecting.

Please assist me on this issue.

Hi @vattam.sowmya 

 

I feel like the tool is not installed properly. When you try to create a new project, the New project window should open up with icons as shown below: In your screenshot icons are not visible.

 And when you click “Next” you should get the following window as shown below:

Can you clear the cache and restart the tool and see it’s going to help you? 

Go to Help Menu > Click on “About”

Copy the “User Directory” path

 

Delete all the files inside 21.12 folder. Make sure to close the tool before you delete files/ Then restart the tool.
