Greetings, IFS Community!

Is there anyone who has experienced that the event email has been sent and can prove that this is the case because when you search under application messages the status is "Finished", no errors are displayed, and you can even click on the application message ID to verify that this is the message that the user is meant to receive. However, the user did not receive the email, but a few times the user did receive it.

The event is functioning and there is no error in the application. Has anyone ever experienced something similar? We are using the EXCHANGE server.

Do you have any ideas? IFS in use is IFS9

Greetings, IFS Community!

It was interesting to examine how the email event works with IFS connect and see the different scenarios. The application message filled out correctly with a fake email address, but there is no proof that the email was sent from IFS. There is nothing in IFS that can detIn that case, the application message may have failed for some other reason, but not because the email was not sent.

A good idea would be to integrate the Exchange server and IFS to send the information to IFS to a custom table (Logic Unit) to store the email data.

Thanks,

JL
