Dear all,
I think I have a setup problem of some sort as I am unable to preview documents (see example in print screen above). The documents are created as I can email them to myself but would like to preview them on the screen. Can you please advise on how to solve this? Many thanks!

This can be an issue due to incorrect mappings of logical printers and print agents.
Usually predefined logical printers such as NO_PRINTOUT printer should not be mapped to any print agent.
Please verify them and also restart the print agent and integration server.
