Dear IFS experts,

I get an error message when refreshing the cache:

Can somebody support?

Hi @Link 

As per my knowledge this is occurring due to Oracle Bug,

as a workaround you can Stop the application and Restart the DB and start the Application.

The IFS cloud team restarted the database and middleware server.

The error message no longer appears.
