Check in the events window for event PDF_REPORT_CREATED and see if it has any event actions with type email. This event action can be configured for each report so find the relevant one. You can configure the email parameters in the event action.

PDF_REPORT_CREATED  event is used with Sevice Quotation but not Sales Quotation

The Event doesn’t show any parameter

here under Additional elements of this issue
