Does anyone know if there is a way to Disable the Sticky Notes option on the toolbar for a permission set or base profile?

Hello @MIMLFULK ,

The presentation object related to this is 'EE_NOTES_CONFIG'. Users should be granted with 'EE_NOTES_CONFIG' presentation object in order to view and create Notes.

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/040_administration/220_user_interface/210_restricting_client_functionality/default.htm

Therefore, you can restrict the use of this functionality by removing this presentation object from a permission set.

Best Regards,
Ragul

Thanks! That took care of it!

For the user in question they are set up with an LTU that combined FND END USER into the permission set we built out so we were able to remove it from them without affect all the other users that have FND End User.
