To request a re-deployment of a delivery that has been previously deployed to another environment of the same account, the “Request deployment of existing delivery” option has to be used.
In the case of a a new delivery that is about to be deployed to an environment for the very first time, the process is to use the “Product delivery” option.
The above is generally done during a pre-booking scenario which would be before the delivery package is ready to be deployed.
However, in the case of new deployments, the cloud delivery team pro-actively creates a deployment request on behalf of the customer once the delivery package is ready.
