Create Financial Project - default values

Please follow the steps.

1. Open page designer and select ApproveProjectAssistant under active page section.

2. Go to Steps and select Project Approve Group content.

3. Under Content find the Project Group and click  3 dots to enable additional settings.

4. Add a new element for Default Value

5. Check the Case field (it must be true) and enter your default VALUE and approve the setting.

You should get the project group now.

Hello thanks for the tip, but since the projection is ApproveProjectVirtual.

We need to add the attribute ProgramId wich is in the entity Projects, and we cannot add a costom field to Virtual projections. 
 

Mabe there is a possibility to retrieve a true/false form project in the Case definition ?

When ApproveProjectVirtualSet is called, the ProgramId field is not fetched in the data load. I don’t think that you can then create a case for this purpose.

Maybe ​@kamnlk or ​@dsj would comment here for an alternative solution if available.

It is not possible in the configuration layer to extend a virtual with additional attributes from the entity.
