Connect IFS cloud with Business reporter

Hi,

We use 21R2 on IFS Cloud and try to connect to IFS from business reporter. I installed Business reporter excel add on. When I  imput IFS URL, I have message : client not found.

I add IAM user and configure br system parameters.

I searched on IFS documenattion but I didn’t find a solution.

Is it mandatory to install and  use business reporter server ?

 

If somebody can help me.

Looks like the IAM client for the Business reporter is not setup in your environment. You can find the instructions on how to set this up in https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/020_installation/400_installation_options/003_security/030_setup_iam_clients/. Please note that the names used for the IAM clients need to be an exact match to what is documented.
