Hello,

We are using IFS Cloud 23R1 SU3. Once we Transfer a work assignment to mobile and when we try to update the status from Cloud, it throws the below validation. Is there a way we can update the status from Cloud so the Dispatcher or Manager can manually change the status?

In the below example, the work assignment is in the ‘Pending Completion’ status and we are trying to update it to ‘Work Started’ or ‘Incomplete’.
