Aurena on iPad

Hello Community,

 

I have been investigating IFS Aurena (cloud) for the past few weeks and one major issue that come up is that i am unable to use the preview function of any kind when trying to preview documents within IFS. Is this normal?, or am I missing some IFS Aurena or Ipad(gen8) settings?

When I press the preview button on a shop order report for example I see the spinning wheel but nothing happens.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @Curious_User ,

Below are the minimum recommended spec for ios to use Aurena.Hope you can try with a compatible ios version in your ipad.

I just checked and we run IOS 14.8 and it does not function on there. we only have 8th Gen iPads.

What is the difference between IFS Aurena and IFS Aurena Native?
