Aurena Notify Me Log In Issue

Dear Colleagues,

We have configured Aurena notify me as per the following instruction

But We cant log in to the mobile app.

Could you please check the Application state in Aurena or EE Mobile Applications screen? Could be due to it’s not active.

I dont find the screen “ Mobile Application”

Hi @VsoMDjewP,

Try searching ‘Applications’ and then populate or search for ’NotifyMe’

 

 

If it’s not active there, try activating it via TAS:

P.S. To show it as above, make sure NotifyMe DLL is in the correct TAS Server folder.
