We are only just starting to make use of Aurena in my company and so are having some beginnners questions, that cant seem to find the answers to in the documentation.

When editing a column, are the column width/size locked to the control sizes? As an example, we have a column in the Available Training events that we think is to narrow, but when increasing the control size to double it is too large.
Is it possible to choose a character length for a column. We tried the maxlength, but with seemingly no effect

Best regards

If you switch to table view you can drag the columns to desired size.

If you switch to table view you can drag the columns to desired size.

But does this not only last while in Table view? Is there a way to save the desired size, so that all who open the page sees it.

It is, the list view is responsive so you can’t set column width.

What is the list view responsive to? When we configure the columns it seems arbitrary how much width they take up

Yes exactly, responsive in the sense that it is self adjusting.

You can control the column size in the page designer. See picture
