Adding Navigator Enthttps://community.ifs.com/topic/show?tid=9502&fid=197ries to Cust Layer

I have two .xml files

but none are listed when I go to add the navigator entry for form in the customized layer.

But, entries have successfully been added before (although not in navigator-functional_Cust.xml)

Can anyone of you help?
