Greetings, IFS Community.

In accordance with these instructions, I have added a quick report to Aurena:

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/045_administration_aurena/220_Configuration/200_client_configurations/300_commands/default.htm#execute-quick-report-command

The report was created successfully. The question is, however, how? and Where ? Users will be able to view and run the quick report.

Thanks,

Juan Luis

Hi Juan,

As you have indicated that this is APP10, I assume you created and published your quick report in IEE.

I created a similar quick report and a custom command and I can see my quick report working.  See attached.

As another option I created a navigator item to my quick report as well.

I also added a internal link type of a navigator item to my quick report and it seems to be working as well.

Hope  this helps.

Regards,

Thilanka

Hi @ZTC ZTC JGOTA

did you managed the permissions?

Hello @Link

The permissions are not managed by me.

I would like to know where exactly the user will be able to view the report? On the page where I created it? Is there another page in Aurena where all the reports are stored?

Thanks,

JL

Hi @ZTC ZTC JGOTA

check this screenshot to manage it. Assign the report to your permission set.

I am not sure whether you can create quick reports in Aurena 10. I don’t think so.
