I will get this error when i try to install TAS, what can be wrong ?

It seems that you are connecting to a database that already have the certificates imported from another ITAS instance. The easy fix for this would be to simply drop the two ITAS user schemas and use the installer db scripts to redeploy them. After that you should be able to run the installer without any issues.
