When I try to login to the community, I get the message that I have an invalid username or password. 

 

Your username in the community is not your email address*. Try logging in with your username. If you can’t remember your username, email the community manager (community@ifs.com) and they can send you that info!

 

*If you registered your email as your username, that would be the only exception here. In that case, your email would work for the login.
