I have been asked by my Bank for the SFP number for our IFS system, does anybody know what this is or where I could find it.

Are you using BACS payment format payment? If yes in that case SUN is mandatory and that we put in the BSR bank sort code in electronic payment address.

Hi Rob,
I assume you are going to make a payment via BACS. The Software Package (SFP) number is assigned by BACS for approved software which can be used to submit payment files. How are you going to submit your file? Since, IFS is not an authorized software partner to connect with BACS (as per my knowledge), you cant find SFP from IFS.
First, you have to know which software you are going to use to transform the IFS file.
If you already have a login to BACS portal, you might have a SUN (service user number).
Then, there should be a link between SUN and SFP. See whether you can find a menu for Service User Software Package List.
