Posting proposal authorizer summary contains two lines for the same authorizer when authorizer routing rules/assigning rules are involved.

Is there any specific reason?

If the assigning rule and routing rule is driving a specific user as the authoriser, and subsequently the same user creates and invoice and manually intervened in the posting proposal, IFS will fetch the authoriser from the rule, and if the user is an authoriser independently too it will add them again for the manual intervention on the posting proposal.

This is is so that despite the automation of fetching the authoriser, in the case of another user manual intervening IFS would add them to the authorisation as well.

So the summary is, when rule is setup and manual intervention on posting proposal occurs, there will always be two authorisation lines for same invoice, irrespective of same user or not - IFS does not make this distinction.
