PDF Attachments on External Supplier Invoices

Hi,

We are currently migrating open supplier invoices using the standard External File Template (Template ID: STDSIN2). As part of the migration, we would also like to attach the corresponding PDF copies of the supplier invoices.

We are able to successfully attach documents when migrating invoices using Template ID: STDSIN3. However, when using STDSIN2, we are unable to attach the PDF documents to the migrated invoices.

Could you please advise whether document attachment is supported for STDSIN2 and, if so, provide guidance on how to migrate the invoices along with their PDF attachments?

Note: We are currently using IFS Cloud 24R2.

    So you import CSV files right?

    A CSV file cannot contain attachments, as these are unformatted text files.

    I suspect it won’t work.
