USD is the only currency used.  Why would I not see this error during proposal or pay order creation?   What does this mean in a one currency configuration?

Hi Christy,

It is hard to give an exact reason for the error without performing a technical investigation. But, with the experience I know, the similar error is occurred for WHT transactions in some of the payment windows. When I was at IFS R&D, we delivered several patches to fix this problem. Anyway, if you get this error again, you can inform your customer to report this to IFS global support as a standard error in the application.

Best Regards

Hi Christy,

See whether there is any involvement of WHT in your transaction.

Eranda-

The transactions attached to WHT went through.  This one was a fixed asset purchase.  Do you believe that it will be an issue if they use WHT in the future?

Thank you!

Eranda -

You are always so helpful.  Thank you for the error insight.  I found it odd that deleting one transaction (I randomly selected it), let the payment process.

Best-

Christy
