ORA-20105: Assert.IS_PKG_METHOD: "Intface_Util_API." is non existing package method.

Hi all,

 

We are currently receiving the below error message when trying to copy costs.

 

 

Please can you help with what is causing this error/how to process?

Hi,

What is the application version? APP9 or APP10? We may need to check this from the database side? can you mentioned the method name correctly?

It is better if you could register a case with IFS support to have this issue technically investigated.

What is the application that you are using? Its better to do a proper technical investigation in the environment where the issue is before coming to a conclusion.

Bug id: 91290 in solution 177000 ( released in App75 SP7)

Hi,

It looks like App10 , in App9 the window is different:

 

 

in App10

ORA-20105: Assert.IS_PKG_METHOD: "Intface_Util_API." is non existing package method.

means that package Intface_Util_API is missing in the database or user do not have access to it.

Try to run from application owner (ifsapp) account.
