If you go to Company/Invoice Tab/Tax Information Tab – What is your ‘Sales Tax Calculation Method’ set to?   Are you using IFS Tax Automation Software Integration for Avalara or Vertex?   If using Avalara or Vertex --do you have it installed?

It is a suspected bug. IFS APPS 10 is not programmed so you can set up routing rules for more than one sender. The receiving message broker needs to identify the sender by another way than setting up different folders (routing addresses) per sending party.

Problem solved, the documentation supplied by IFS is incorrect. In multicompany environments you need to set up one sender per sending company in the window ‘Setup Connectivity’ the tab Message Receiver (!). In the window ‘Customer’, the tab ‘Invoice’, the subtab ‘Message Setup’ you enter these ‘Receiver’ ID’s in the ‘Address’ field, for each company respectively.

Then, in the outbound Routing Rules for the invoices you update the table ‘Content based conditions’. TIn the ‘Search’ column you delete the ‘Receiver’ entry and replace it with a ‘Sender’ entry, use the operator ‘equals’ and in the ‘Match’ column enter the sender ID.
