Maintenance transaction analysis i have found errors and the code part values are invalid and i have extended the respective code part value valid until date, after i have ran rerun errors now the transactions are in valid status its authorized and all the work order line are authorized and i have ran Transfer maintenance Time transaction still it is Valid state not transferred.

Thanks for the reply, but i do not see ‘Check and Update Accounting’ this option in my ifs login.
Transactions are last month but i have done date applied for the current month

Please perform ‘Check and Update Accounting’ on the transaction and see if ‘Valid’ turns to an Error again.
Also please check if the Transaction date is within the ‘From’ To’ dates on the ‘Transfer Maintenance Transaction’ job.
