When i Create an event action with the type of email, can I define an image or define a png file as a logo in the body text?

I believe as per the current design of the PDF_REPORT_CREATED Event Action, only plain text format is supported in the message body. Perhaps, HTML based customized solution could be developed for this purpose as a modification.

Yes as Sachin as explained before, current system does not support:
image or define a png file as a logo in the body text.
You would have to go for a customisation.
