I am creating a positive pay check file using ‘External File Assistant’ as below. When the file is downloaded in Online mode it works as expected, but in batch process an empty new line is added to the beginning of the file. Does anyone have an idea to get this line removed.

Wondering if the same happens with .txt file. I see the batch job created a file.xml yet the template appears to have .csv even though you have a positional file.
In the template - output, an option exists to create headers, I suspect this is set correctly (unchecked) as that setting should affect both files (batch and online).
You may want to log a case.
