We have a query, can a parallel currency be added to the Company after it has already been used?

No. It is not possible to do this once the company is created. Also, the parallel currency base cannot be changed after the company is created.
Mistakenly if you forgot to add a parallel currency during the company creation, before entering any transactions, you can remove the company from the ‘Companies’ window and recreate it.
